Ordering

Do I need to create an account to purchase?
It is advisable to. By creating an account with us, it enables you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and also saves you time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us. Do be assured that MotorCars will keep all of our customers’ personal particulars and information confidential.

I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website. What should I do?
If you are unable to cart out the items, chances are that the item is already out of stock. You may want to WhatsApp us at +923011232277 or email us at query@motorcars.pk  for updates on the availability of the item.

Can I amend my order upon check out?
All orders are placed and confirmed after the final checkout. Hence, do ensure everything is correct before carting out.

Do you offer self-collection services?
No.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail with an order reference number from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Delivery

When will my order be processed?
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Pakistan Standard Time (GMT +5hours).

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The courier [Local] delivery time frame is approximately 2 working days. If express courier service is required, please contact us. Additional delivery charge applies accordingly.

The Intercity delivery time frame is approximately 4 to 5 working days.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly WhatsApp us at +923011232277 if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

Payment

We accept payments via COD(Cash On Delivery), any debit/credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, or KEENU and Easypaisa/JazzCash.
